ACUPUNCTURIST

My interest in holistic medicine started when I was in high school. My mother suffered with RSI and chronic pain, among other things, and only wholistic medicine helped ease her conditions. When I was deciding on a university course in Year 12, the UAC guide presented the new degree for acupuncture that included an otpional trip to China in the final year. Part of my actual study plan was to go to China, so that was my course deciding factor yes, but I really do love seeing people feel better and then be able to live life fuller.

I love music and particularly singing and songwriting. I am actively involved in church activities, particularly with the youth and young adults. I enjoy cooking and when the rare opportunity presents itself, going on nature walks.

Acupuncture is beneficial for many conditions, even those that have become chronic and particularly think of acupuncture as a preventative treatment:
• a seasonal 'tune-up' when the weather is changing to prevent colds and flu
• treatment for injuries within days of them happening to speed up your recovery
• treatment of period pain between cycles to prevent further pain and help regulate your cycles
